How do I make an initial appointment?
I personally respond to all inquiries. You may contact me through this form. Information that is helpful for me to know when you reach out is your name, age, reason for seeking treatment, and your availability for appointments. Please also feel free to ask any questions you may have.
What hours are you available?
I typically schedule appointments Monday through Thursday starting in the late morning until the early afternoon. I don't currently have after school appointments available.
Do you accept insurance?
I do not accept insurance, I am considered an out-of-network provider. I am happy to provide receipts for sessions that you can submit to your health insurance if you are entitled to any out-of-network benefits. Please contact your heath insurance company for questions related to your benefits.
What ages do you work with?
I work with children, adolescents, and adults.
What treatment modalities do you use?
I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention to treat anxiety and OCD. I also provide therapy that is more supportive in nature and informed by evidenced-based therapies that are considered types of CBT. These include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).
Where is your office located?
Due to COVID-19, all services are being provided via telehealth (video or phone). Telehealth treatment is available to anyone who resides in Pennsylvania.
