Meet Dr. Ashley

I treat children, adolescents, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, OCD, and related conditions.

The treatments I use are cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and exposure and response prevention (ERP).  These treatments are evidenced-based which means that they are supported by science and research.  Because of this, we understand how and why they work.  The research shows that CBT and/or ERP is more likely to help you feel better than most other types of therapy available.

I'm a licensed psychologist and anxiety & OCD specialist.  I've been working in the mental health field for 10 years.  I earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, a program that focuses on cognitive behavioral therapy.  After I graduated, I completed a postdoctoral fellowship where I received specialized training and supervision in treating anxiety disorders and OCD for people of all ages.

In addition to being passionate about anxiety and OCD treatment, I love working people with perfectionism, introverts, and gifted individuals.  I work well with people of all ages who identify with being described as "big thinkers and big feelers."  If you've ever been called intense and/or sensitive, you've found the right therapist.

As a therapist, I'm warm, funny, and direct.  There is nothing more important to me than making you feel understood, giving you hope for a more peaceful future and showing you how brave you are!
